well, here is the jest of it. Watercooling, does the components between each other perform that much better? I'm sure everyone here watercool their desktop and laptops :D and yes, I've read other forums about watercooling. Just need some clarification and what you guys think.

Maintenance. How much maintenance is watercooling? I've read very little to twice a year. What is there to maintain?

Water cooling is worth it if you think you'll be overclocking or using your computer in a warm environment. I don't know much about it though as I didn't have the scratch for it when I built the system I'm using now.
And my next system will make use of a phase-change cooler.
This system will be in my room. So I want it as quiet as possible. And Since it is in my room, it gets very hot in the summer and cold in the winter, even thou it faces the backyard...
doesn't phase-change require a lot of watts?
Yes but not as many watts as it requries $$. Probably going to be $1500 for one to cool the cpu, graphics card, and chipset.
But they will be cooled to about -40 degrees.
